hi - for canada immigration purpose, i have written my experience letter on my own & got them signed from my three different companies-
while i was writing, just to be more creative, i made slight change in each letter, example -instead of certify , i have used varify in other, tenure & period etc
basically, all of them clearly look for sure, that i have formulated them on my own.
i just hope my creativity does not look , me trying to fool them.
however, my duties and all the other details mentioned in all the letters is true, as well as my companies i got them signed from is also true.
1) please advise if its ok, to write on my own as per the needed format & getting them signed from respective companies ??

2) and Do i need to specify anywhere, that i have written them ??

Actually companies are either too buzy fto entertain an ex-employ, to write a detailed letter and even i am bit shy to make them to work extra for me,
i just wanted them to sign off & stamp, if they agree with the formulated letter.

It's fine to draft your letter(s) as long as the text ends up on letterhead and bear's the true signature of your supervisor or company representative.

It would also be a good idea to ask for a business card, and attach this to the letter of reference.

However, be aware that the officer may contact your former employer to verify the details. So there is the possibility that your employer could disclose that you wrote the letter, which could invalidate the details and/or raise suspicion that other documents are not authentic.

The risk is real, but many people do write their own letters.

You don't have to mention you wrote your letters.

I mean, all my employers asked me to write my own letters when I requested. Of course, they reviewed it before signing it.

Hi, actually I am having confusion regarding work experience certificate. After reading several comments in this forum ,I found that experience letter is called Reference letter,Is it correct?

To make things more clear, I have job experience in past within 10 years in two companies and then I left job and completed my education. Now I am housewife and main applicant. I already have experience letter from both companies stating that my job title, duration in the company, but their is no explanation of duties which come under my job title. Is it ok, if I give my job responsibilities in separate letter which is signed by myself, Is it called LOE?

To submit EE application and profile in website ,do I need to attach any documents?as I am new and in procedure of gathering information.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help to give me information.

Dear its best if you get the duties also signed by your employer ,
write them a formal letter requesting for same.
however, if they do not acknowledge it
then print your mail which you had sent to your employers on their official mail id & attach it along with your own letter where you have explained the duties.
this way you have additional proof that you did request them but they did not respond to you.

its important to pay fees first because after you pay - you will receive a reference number on the form of WES
that form needs be sent to college , which also needs to be filled by your college along with stamping your degree & marksheet.
