Hi there,

I am not sure how people manage this but In my Last company i help 2 different roles, but i employer in my reference letter is stating only my last role.

please advise how would this impact my express entry profile.

Are you claiming points for both roles / entire period of employment? I would ask for a second letter, or for a new, edited letter stating both roles. Remember, it does not count unless you have proof ;)

I'm sure others can confirm, but I believe if you can't have those, you can always ask a colleague for a supporting letter stating your other role and both employment contracts, pay stubs etc. along with a LOE.

Thanks for replying, Yes I would be Claiming Points for both the roles, they have mentioned like i was employed since 2012 as SR Associate.

However i started as an Associate in 2012, was promoted to SR Associate in 2014 and left in 2015. But the offer letter states only my last role Sr Associate since 2012.

This is the issue, Please advise.

Hi Friends,

I am having question about my work experience which I need to put on paper as employment reference letter.

I am working in same company from last 7 years and had multiple promotions.

Question 1:- Should I specify all positions on the experience letter?

I also went to onshore (Canada) thru Intra-Company transfer and having an reference letter for this duration.

Question 2:- Should I specify the detail from Joining date till transfer to Canadian Parent Company and joining back after returning to till date on the latest employment reference letter?

So I will be having reference letter for all the duration of 7 years and I can specify the further detail in LOE.

Kindly share your expert opinion.
