i have been running my family business for 4 years and I like to apply for masters in canada for fall 2017... will they accept without experience since 2012? will this be an hindrance for my admission?

Uni - will have no issues.
VISA - should not be a problem but make sure you clearly mention everything in ur SOP....
rest depends on ur profile and many other factors...
