Hi All,

My employer gave me an experience letter with all needed details (Roles and responsibilities, time period, salary etc) after completion of 1 year last year in November.

My CEC application was returned back to me as the 8000 quota has filled up in October 2014. I'm waiting for an ETA (Score: 459) under EE right now.

My employer has declined my request to re-issue an experience letter again when I asked them for one recently.

1. Can I re-use the letter that was issued to me last year?
2. The HR person who has issued the letter has left her role, but the contact number on the experience letter now belongs to the HR who has filled in her role.

Should I be worried?

Thanks in advance!!!!!

i am sure if you are with the same company and has the same job then you are fine . just let the HR know that they may receive a call from immigration Canada about your employment .
if you have left the company and the company has denied the letter , you may attach the email, any proof stating that they have denied the experience letter. that way you are safe from your side. hope you get the ITA soon .
good luck

You can use the same letter as long as you are continuing to do the same role with the same company. You might want to add a letter of explanation stating that the letter was issued to you a while ago and the person who has signed is no longer with the compnay and also mention the contact details of the new person who can verify if they validate your details. You can also attach the business card of the new person who you are going to mention in the Letter of explanation.
