I am planning to start my application for FSWP in 2015.

I am preparing everything from now before i see the consultant to finaly launch my application.

so far,

1. I have prepared all my educational documents to be sent to WES for ECA.

2. I have requested experience letters from my ex companies, ( i have worked with 3 different companies in last ~5 years)

3. As soon as both of the mentioned above are done , i will register myself for IELTS exam. ( my previous over all (Academic) band was 7, {8 Listening,7.5 speaking, 6.5 writing, 6 reading} so i am expecting better this time.

My real issue is,

1. One of the companies i have worked for almost 2 years 7 months as Design engineer (Electrical), my contract and visa was processed as for a Draftman. The company is willing to cooperate for my Immigration case and provide me letter of experience as per my duties with the professional title that would support my case.
In case of verification by embassy staff, if somehow they discover that my title of work was a Draftman which contradicts with my title on Experience letter issued by company, what would be the consequences ?

How often does the embassy actually verify by contacting the employer and asking for details of the employee in a country like Abu Dhabi,U.A.E.

I also have my blood uncle (my mother's brother) who is a Canadian citizen now & is willing to fully support me in my application by his legal inputs wherever and whenever required.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Usmanjamil,

I hope you're aware that FSWP will be closed in 2015 so you will apply under Express Entry programm.

As for your issue, it is your job duties that really matters, while your job title may not match with the NOC's title.
And if your company is willing to assist you with your application by stating your actual job title rather than official one there will be no misrepresentation as it's the employer only who is authorised to endorse and verify the employee's status in a company. So if CIC contacts your employers they will confirm the information given in your reference letter.
