What is the difference between work experience letter and Reference letter from the employer??
If I have only work experience letter on company letter head and bank statement without payslips, is it enough for applying Express entry?
Do they accept it??

Both are more or less the same. If you all have the required information then the experience letter you are referring to should be fine.
