Experience letter issues!!

Hi all,

My total working experience in my NOC (dentist) is 6 years. I have got the letter for 4 year experience (from 2011-2014).

But the other two employers are a bit reluctant to follow the cic format.

One NGO has not mentioned my job responsibilities in the experience letter and regarding pay they mentioned that I was working on sharing basis.

In other case the clinic owner has changed since I left and I am not sure if this can lead to problems during background check and also because they paid me in cash?

Is it alright to just mention 4 year experience only? (The working experience will be missing for (2015-2016) and since then I am in Australia as a student.)

Please help.

4 years is enough. You get points for maximum of 3 years of experience.

Mention the remaining experience in your personal history after ITA.

4 years is enough. You get points for maximum of 3 years of experience.
