Experience Letter Format

Dear Seniors,

I am trying to collect experience certificates from my employer.
What will be the experience lettter format ??

How many pages it should be ?

I have long experience in a organization in different position ...If I want to mention those in details ,it will be 2/3 pages.

Pls suggest me ..if any expert can give me a sample please ....
