Experience letter for OINP

I got Ontario's interest notification 2 days back and I am going to submit the documents.

I have given my NOC as 2172. So should the job roles and responsibilities mentioned in the experience letter match the job description given under NOC description? what about the reference letter specifications?

Can anyone suggest a link where I can find more information on experience letter and reference letter?

Yes the duties should and must match noc code.

Reference letter and experience letter are identical, just that reference letter has additional information of jun duties. Ask your employer to give you detailed experience/reference letter which must include:

Your date of joining, yearly salary, weekly work hours, job duties, designation, any leaves more than a month etc. It should be printed on the company letter head and signed by your Manager or HR.
