Experience letter for EE

Hi!
Is it mandatory to mention all the Job description on Experience letter as per NOC???

Many employers do not mention the JDs they just mention Job role and that it.

If your job duties are not listed (or if they are, but don't match the NOC job description) your application will be rejected. End of story.

You really should try to get a work reference which includes your responsibilities and duties, as it is a key requirement of verifying your occupation is compatible with the NOC you're apply for.

You can come up with them yourself and submit them to your employer and see what they say.

Okay Thanks. Cant we submit CV with Experience letter? I am working with one employer since past 8 years but in different country.I will try to get that from my employer but I am not sure for the one employer with whom i worked for 5 years.will they contact the Employer as well to verify???

Your CV will carry no weight with IRCC for documenting your work experience. You'll notice that no federal immigration category asks you to upload your CV as part of your documentation.
