Experience Letter for Contract Role in USA

Hi Guys, i worked on a contract position at a company A who paid me and all taxes were deducted by them and they were my employers. Company B is the client company who i performed all the duties for. Now i need to get an experience letter for the Canada. Can anybody tell me how to proceed on this. What difference would it have than a normal reference letter. I have to mention Company B as my pay-stubs include them in the client details
In the below sample from the Canada Visa forum where can i introduce the client part and do i need get signature from the Supervisor at the client company too ?
