Experience letter for Canada PR application process

Hi everyone

During the process of PR application in express entry , they require experience letters form current / previous employers. My previous employer back in India , is not helping me with my employment verification letter. Is there any other alternative for this ? What should I do if I don’t get my employment letter ?
