Experience Letter Content

Dear All,

I am working in MNC, and applying for immigration process, can any one help me what should be content on experience letter, actually my experience letter will be issued by corporate HR whereas my role responsiblities will be issued and signed by our divisional HR and departmental heads on our standard format, So please suggest me what data should I request to corporate HR on my letter, I have requested him to mention my salary, current designation, and tenure of service should mentioned on letter, is this okay

and what are the content of reference letter, any body have any sample of this letter.
