Experience Letter after ITA

Hello all,
I have recently received ITA under CEC. I have gathered all the documents and just waiting for PCC. Now, my Store Owner where I am currently employed has decided to sell the store. And the new Owner will take over from next month. So, my question is, do I need to get the experience letter signed from the new owner or I can submit my file with the letter that I have?

CEC is historical. Once you have the qualifying work experience it doesn't matter what you're doing now or plan to do in the future.
