Experience in 2 NOC categories

Hello Everybody,

I have a Question regarding my NOC category. I started my JOB in July 2011 as a Highway Dispatcher (NOC 1525, Skill level C), after working for 5 months I got promotion in December and my Position changed to Transportation Coordinator (NOC 1215, Skill level B) my salary was also increased, now its been 9 months for me working in this position. So the Question is if I can apply for PR in CEC now or I have to wait for another 4-5 months to complete 12 months in Transportation Coordinator position?

Assuming you are a foreign graduate, then you require 12 months of skilled work in NOC A, B or O so at least another 5 months.
