I have 3+ years of experience in which 2 yr 3 months is of IT and rest is of electrical engineer. Now, the question is they will count it as a 3+ yr or they will reduce the experience and my points or 2 different trades are ok with Canada?

It still counts both experience, I guess from different employers. But the NOC for your degree or your primary work practice may be important.
You just need to list them both in your EE application profile with different NOC code. for the IT one, they only count the entire year, so only 2 years would be counted for that.
