Hi all I am confusing regarding my work experience. My case is that I have 8 months experience from one employer and 4 months from other employer will it count for one year experience both are of noc b category.

yes you can claim one-year work exp by combining both as they're only concerned with total hours worked. below is the criteria from the cic website:

1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week). You can meet this in a few different ways:
- full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
however, you will need reference letters from both your employers mentioning that you've worked 30hrs /week full-time for 12 months in total. one more thing - both noc's need to be the same as well.
