experience criteria for CEC

Hi Team,
I need more info on the below criteria for applying under CEC:
*have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply.

I had earlier worked in Canada from 16th April 2012 to 29th March 2013. Experience in months are 12 but if I calculate Day to Day its 348 days.
I had worked 40 hours/week full time (+extra time on weekend as well) under NOC 2174.
I was on work permit valid for 2 years.

Is there any chance for me to qualify for Canadian Experience Class?

You said it yourself - it's only 348 days and the requirement is at least 12 months (365 days or more). So I'd say you not qualified and will be rejected.

I got confused as someone taked about working hours calcluation for CEC class, so I thought I may qualify. :-[

You have to meet both requirements to apply: (1) hours worked; (2) length of time (12 months)
