Experience certificate

Can anyone give me a solution , I am Sanjeet from India .I work in a motorcycle company as a service technician ,I have two years of experience . Recently my company is under financial crisis and they have shut down the company , due to which I am not able to get my relieving order and experience certificate from my dealership.
What step should I take regarding my experience certificate for my Visa processing...
