I have about 7 years experience (in last 10 years) as an IT professional in various levels and it easily meets the CIO NOC criteria. However, I have 2 specific queries which I request the experts to clarify.
1) In Indian contexts to get the business card of the HR person signing the offer letter is difficult to accomplish. Same is the case with roles, responsibilities and duties. Most offer letters do not mention them but from the designation given, the role is understood as companies will have a separate mapping sheet within the company. Is the business card, roles , duties mandatory or can I substantiate with related letters from company while applying for employment visas etc ? My employers are very reputed Indian firms.
2) Due to some personal reasons I have taken a break from my employment for past 3 years. Though I meet the experience criteria prescribed for FSW-1 by CIO, will this be a reason for rejection. Will a written explanation from my side satisfy them ? Is there a continuous employment criteria requirement ? Even if such a clause is not there will this break be a hindrance for my application, what do you suggest to accentuate the probability of CIO acceptance ?
