Hi,
All the experts here have been great contributors to this forum for many years, thumbs up for your contribution and support. I just wanted to ask if a company has terminated an employee on gross misconduct and refused giving experience or reference letter. Then how can someone apply for that experience and will he/she be eligible?

Ask a collague or manager to write the reference letter in plain paper and provide proof that they work there.

Are you sure CIC is not going to object, writing a reference letter on plain paper? How about if the Colleague's employee ID or paystub is added with reference letter?

I won't entertain your first question, regarding the second one yes, that can be used to prove their employment.

Delpiero Thanks for your input, brother one more thing I want to ask, should we attach an experience/termination letter (with colleagues reference letter) in which the employer clearly states the reason of termination as gross misconduct and states that no experience or reference letter will be issued to the employee.
