Experience and how to apply Permanent Travel Document

Hi Everyone!
Ia starting this thread for those who wants to go home in their home country but doesnt have the PR card yet.
If you are one of the following:

1. Need to go home Asap and no PR card yet please share your experince in getting PRTD.
2. If you have applied PRTD how long it will take what country you are applying, how long is the process, and is there any expidite or walk in in getting PRTD.

Got my PR - Nov 26, 2016
Thought I will get my PR Card on Jan 15, 2017 but processing time shot up to 58 days

Travelling to Chennai, India on Jan 17, 2017 to get married
Reaching on Jan 19, 2017.
Applying for PRTD - Jan 19, 2017

Questions/Clarifications:
1) Forms for PRTD are more for a PR who has been a PR for more than 5 years. What about new PRs?
2) What is the processing time of PRTD at VFS, Chennai? Does the PRTD application get processed in Bangalore or Delhi?
3) I have lived in Canada for past 3.5 years as a Student first, Temporary Foreign Worker, and now a PR.
4) Evidence Requested in the Form:
a. Bank Statement - Got a Financial Profile and Current Account Balance and Planning to attach Nov 2016 and Dec 2016 statements as I became a PR in Nov 2016
b. Employment - Employer Reference Letter and Got Pay Stubs for past 3.5 years
c. Benefits - OHIP as a temporary foreign worker and as a pr
d. Tax Returns for past 3 years as a temporary foreign worker
e. Return Flight Ticker
f. Confirmation of Permanent Residency
g. Covering Letter explaining wh

Are these ok?
