Experience and ECA

I have two queries,
1. I have 4 year allied health science degree and 2 year Master degree, but when I checked with WES, my equivalency is post graduate deploma, is it possible to obtain Master degree equivalency? I did my education from goverment colleges of India.
2. I have 2 work experiences, one for 2 year six months (level A), and another for seven month and current job (level B). Am I eligible for 3 year experience while calculate CRS points?.

1. WES will issue you a Post Graduate diploma, If your age is less than 29 then no need of Masters however if your age is more than 29 and you need Masters ECA, go with IQAS
2. Yes you are eligible.

I have another doubt regarding my work experience, if I am eligible for 3 year work experience as said above, then what does it mean by........ "It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B)". I am a bit confused by the word ""in only one occupation"". Could you please explain it?

It should be in under NOC 0, A or B. Should not be from NOC C or D
