Depends on how many dependents and their age.
Approximate cost for primary are below - all in USD as I'm familiar with US Costs structure
ECA - 250
FBI PCC - 100 (Includes costs to take fingerprints by professional and fees for FBI)
Indian PCC - 100 (Includes costs to notarize documents and to/from charges for the courier)
IELTS - 250
Other Courier Cost - 250 (includes costs to send transcripts as well as passports after PPR)
Medicals - 450
PR Fees - 1050

Education credential evaluation with courier charges: around ₹12,500

Police Verification: ₹500
