Expected provincial nomination programs for the rest of the year

I've currently got 441pts. No job offer, obviously.

Since Ontario has stopped issuing ITAs for the time being, what other options do people like me have?
When is Nova Scotia expected to open up? What about Quebec, any news since their software crash back in February? When will Ontario be back up again?

In short: what can we expect for the rest of the year?
