Expected Processing time for Parents and Grand Parents in 2018

Hello everyone,

I am one of those lucky ones who got selected to sponsor parents in 2018.

What should I expect in terms of processing times? CIC website "Working on applications received in January 2014" so roughly 4 years.

I also read on some forums that it is actually 1-2 years. Is it true? Or should I still expect 4 years.

Difficult to say, I've read some applications from last year have been processed already, but it would depend on how well the application is put together and if there are any delays in the processing.
