My wife and I are facing the following situation and we would like your input:
Background:
1.- I am a fulltime MBA student with a valid student visa (Venezuelan citizen)
2.- I applied for a visitor visa for my wife (Russian citizen) to come to Canada. She got a 3 year multiple entry visitor visa. My son is a US citizen so he didn't need a visitor visa when entering.
3.- Once inside Canada we applied for OWP for my wife on Oct 15 2015. We know the process takes about 3 months to complete
4.- We would like to visit our family in the US for Christmas and come back after 2 weeks.
Our questions is:
- Can my wife and son go to the US while waiting for the OWP and dependent visa to get processed?
