Exhusted and already resigned from the job... When is PPR ?

Dear Friends,
It is inspiring yet disappointing at the same time to se people like me in this forum
I started the process via a lawyer,Here is my timeline :
We received your application for permanent residence on May 19, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 22, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 29, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 8, 2009
Medicals sent on 13 Jan
Further Medical requested and sent on 11th March.
I asked the lawyer to inquire about the status which he did nothing !So I sent an email to the London office, they got back to me with this form to be filled and sent within a month:

Already sent the document (by the way what is it after all?)
Now there is nothing more ...what do u think ????

The form looks like that they want updated information. I know the wait is too much, but we share almost similar time lines and the only difference is that I have already got the visa and you will be getting the visa.

Anyway do you know if there is a difference in timeline if they ask for the passport and I ask one of my friends who lives in London to submit it ? Can he get it back right away ???

Passport can be sent by your friend by cannot be stamped at the same time. I think your friend might not be ale to collect it even with a authority letter but I am not sure. I know the difference is too much specially once you have planned things but delay makes the plan crack.

did u have any issues like u visited many countries or anything? coz the link u provided is for Immigration Summary Form & Supplementary Information Form. these forms are for those who had foreign travel history.

why they asked u to do further medicals? plz clarify...

No. I am a female from iran, living in dubai for 3 years now.
about the medical i think I made a mistake telling the GP i was on anti-depressant for 6 months , although the report had specified I was fully treated and fine , they asked me for the further medical in which the psychiatrist had to specify I am fine now and i am of no harm to anyone including myself ! For minor things like anxiety and mild depression and stressmy advice NOT to report it cuz they think you are kinda crazy ! anyway in my e-mail to CHC they said we have receieved the report of your further medical , please be advised u r on "Routine background checks" now.
Supposedly it means I am done with the stupid medical.
I am so tired of waiting specially now that I know even if they ask for our passports just today it takes another 1-2 months for everything to sort out.

really pathetic to hear this-----they sent u for further medical just for disclosing that u had depression !!! actually, u r right, they r crazy !!! one more thing, i think London CHC is as inefficient & sluggish as one can get !!! i feel sorry for everyone whoever is dealing with London. they r useless in my opinion......
