just one year work experience is enough,

and make sure the one year is legal , so if the time period appeared in your WP , then it is ok

it is better to put a data in letter, not like from date to now /present.

all they want just a year legal experience,

you can emphasis on full time permanently hired.

If you are reluctant to leave the "To" date blank for your current job - and this is understandable - then put the current date.

(I left this date blank - meaning "to present" - for my current job)

The date your reference letter was signed is the "lock-in" date for that experience - that is, they won't count any experience you may have accrued after that date - so it's important to make sure your letter was signed after you reached your one year's full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience.
