Exemption for Medical Test for Ex-Resident of UAE ???

Hello !!

I'm a resident of UAE for more than 2 years and am exiting the country next month. I will go to India and apply for my student visa.
Do I need to undergo medical exam ?

If no, what proof do I need to provide regarding my Stay in UAE.
