Actually I have an exclusion order issued against me as I was unable to attend school for more than 150days. However I applied for spousal work permit but even it was freezed as I applied it after 150days. I left Canada after exclusion order was made against me. However I want to ask is there any way I return back before the period of one year

You need an approved ARC to return before the one year.
