Exclusion order will appreciate expert advice

Hi,i will be ordered an exclusion order or departure order from canada because i am an student and was working without authorization now if i go back to my home country and apply for pr as spousal sponsorship my wife will be sponsoring me,will immigration allow me to come back after one year time period as it will be flagging in there records that i was removed from canada and are there any success stories in these kind of cases?

If it's a departure order, you can apparently return right away, as long as you have the proof of your departure.

If it's an exclusion order, and you remain out for 12 months, you do not need to apply for an ARC, as long as you have the Certificate of Departure.

In both cases you will still be subject to inspection at the border, and there's no guarantee they will be satisfied enough to let you back in. Do not assume you will automatically let back in. Especially in the first scenario, be prepared for a suspicious border officer if you're trying to come back in right away.

In either case, I cannot speak to how it will ultimately affect the PR process for you, but there are sure to be questions and red flags that you will have to navigate I imagine.

Your spouse will have no problem sponsoring you as a PR. Once your application goes to your home visa office a VO will look over your application along with the departure form and make sure you buy your own flight home. Put both copies into your spousal application. If the VO processes your application before the 12 months you have returned home you will need to pay for the ARC which is 400.00CDN. If your application or passport return date goes over the 12 month mark you wont need an ARC.

My husband went home on an exclusion order were still waiting so far no ARC payment has been asked for. Hope this helps.
