exclusion order ? what can i do ? wanna study in november the 5 th 2012

Hello there, i have a questions
i am 20 years old and i was living in Canada till September 28 th 2011 , with my family, ( 3 siblings, mom and step dad, ) my dad had a work permit, and we where all pretty much chained to his permit , i had a study permit and so did my siblings, and my mom had a work permit as well, so in December 2010 my parent went to go see a immigration lawyer to ask what to do now as the visa is expiring soon , she told them tho to not do anything right now and wait, so which they did, so as in January the letter from the immigration came invitation to discuss our current stay in Canada, my stepdad choose to ignore the letter and didn't tell us anything about it , then a couple month letter came another one which once again he choose to ignore it and not tell us about it , so then start September came the immigration officer's and issued us a exclusion order to leave Canada by the 28 th of September, which we did on our own expense , we are not allowed to renter Canada till September the 29 th of 2012, now i want to go back to Canada, because i wanna study there,plus have a boyfriend i been seeing for over 2 years now, i applied for college, and did get an acceptance letter to start studying in November the 5th 2012, now my boyfriend will be paying the full tuition next Saturday so i can get my real hard copied acceptance letter from college i be studying at , Now my questions are, can i already apply for a study visa ? to study in Canada? or do i need to wait for the one year to be over to apply ? cause it will be over September the 29 th , but i would need to study in November the 5 th already, so i would want to apply already so the study permit has enough time to process? and as well i saw i would need to include in the study visa application if i ever got entry denied from Canada? or if i ever got removed? now when i explain them the situation as i did right now ? how much problems will it make to get my study visa? will they deny it ? me and my boyfriend have enough money to show immigration that i can live there and support myself, as well that we will pay the entire tuition amount next week Saturday for my college, .
i Just really want to go back to Canada , but just do not know how many problems i will have from my step dads mistake ?

Hi,

1. Probably, you should wait for the rest of your life. It's NOT going to work out with your study permit application. However, something might be there ONLY IF CHC consider your profile as something different from your step-father profile/mistakes (still chances are slim to very slim).

She was included in the exclusion order. If she wishes to return before the year is up, she would require an Authorization to Return to Canada, as well as a study permit. Wont' be easy.

I think because the principal applicant(stepdad) broke the law, all dependants were served the same order since their status was based on his work permit. Bureaucracy more or less. It doesn't hurt for her to try but I strongly recommend speaking to a lawyer first.

yes i am attached in the exclusion order, but none of that was my fault, my stepdad made the mistakes ( we didnt even know our visa expired) we were just attached to his work permit cause he was the one who applied for all of us ,
so i just would like to know my chances? as i did pay my entire tiution fee, plus can show immigration i have enough CAD dollar to live on canada, and as well have enough money for my transportation back to germany
and just want to know how much his mistakes could make me a proplem?

Hi,

1. There is NO harm in trying but most likely it's "enough" for CHC to see your name in the exclusion order (doesn't matter whether it's your mistake or someone else).
