I am just waiting for the final decision of my application, probably by next month. I submitted a request to exclude my spouse through IRCC web form last year for a reason of cheating and relationship break down.
My spouse and I still living together in an apartment but separate room. She does not have any idea that I already excluded her with my application.
My question now, once I got the decision is she can make an appeal or can still make a way to stay here in Canada? I also requested to cancel her work permit because she just got it under my status.
Her work permit will expire same as mine this coming September 2019.
Anyone can give me an idea of what will happen or what should I do next. Thanks
