Exceeded processing time for TRV, no updates

Hi,
My processing time has passed the expected processing time and I already sent two web forms. However I didn't get any replies.
My application on the old portal didn't get updated since my biometrics and I didn't receive any email about my eligibility either. On the tracker, my background is in progress and eligibility has not started yet.

My application is from Sweden (London office). And I used the old portal (we are two applicant in the same application).

I was wondering if they still use the old portal? Or if I did something wrong in my application?
Anyone else has a similar situation?
Any thing I can do to facilitate the process?
