Ex-wife proof document for sole custody of our child

Hello forumers, experts, seniors and pioneers:

I'm on my final stage of PR application under AINP, the IO was not satisfied for the document i sent notarized by Consulate stating that I am not going to sponsor my daughter back home anytime or never. IO asked me to provide proof (legal Documents) showing that my ex-wife is the sole custody of our child, my problem she doesn't want to cooperate. She demanded a large amount of money, i'm just working on minimum wage I can't give whatever she ask. I send her money for our child monthly $10,000 and $15,000 if I have extra.

Please help me what to do. I never seen my daughter for 8 years now, as i'm always trying to have a good status here in Canada. Please advise.....

last year I ask her to have a medical exam for may daughter but she refuse then asked me to send money whcih I did but she never provide the medical exam, she turned off the phone and worse change her number. I only get her number when she texted me asking additional money.

what should I do......

Write an letter to cic explaining all this situation and if you can provide proofs that your ex wife is asking you for money. Print those texts messages, etc....

She is smart..... she send a text message as if my daughter typing the message. If you read the messages, she did the way that my daughter asking it. But i don't think my daughter will ask for that amount. 8 years old will ask money to buy a motorcycle?

Is there anyway that i can ask Philippine DSWD to have written letter showing that she has the sole custody?

Is there no documents from the divorce or such ?
Maybe you can obtain something from court ?

Also take the text messages to a certified translator. Explain the situation in a letter to cic and attach the translations of your attempts to get your ex to have the child do the medical so the officer can see that you tried

in regards to divorce matter, we serve her a document but no response then the court process it.
