dont ponder too much about the evidence u need to prove that u will be back to your homeland. If u have good academic background, enough funds to support your studies and decent IELTS score and your family is well established in your own country then study permit shouldnt be an issue.
Its my personal opinion though, for more info please consult experts.

hi champ is right moreover you can put porperty evaluation paper in your file to show chc you are well establish in your homecountry and willreturn after study
