Evidence of Home Ties

Hi, can a prospective letter of employment be used as proof of home ties and that I will return to my home country after my study.
The reason being I don't have any investments or properties in my name. My father is sponsoring me

Nigerians are good with family business, so you can show family business ownership(with full & convincing evidence you're a core player in it), landed properties, family(siblings, father, mother with their birth certificates)

Also... personal investments, prospective employment letter etc can suits for home ties
