I need to to go Montreal on behalf of a french company organizing an event. Its going to be the sixth edition of the event. I have a question regarding the invitation letter needed for my application.

by reviewing canada website thoroughly specially the below pages
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/work-without-permit/convention-organizers.html
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/work-without-permit/business/sales.html

It explains thoroughly my situation. I am responsible under a contract of a french company for organizing the event and therefore eligible to acquire business visitor visa since the event is being run by a french company and therefore its a foreign even and I don't need to get work permit for my vase (its going to be the sixth edition of the event in 2020).

the french company has issued a letter that prove my cooperation with them and describes why and when I need to travel to Montreal.

However something has baffled me, in my case.
what is the invitation letter that I need to upload on the website? I know It is a letter that should be issued by a Canadian company but in my case I am traveling to Montreal on behalf of a french company for an event being held by a non Canadian company and my purpose to is have lots of face to face meetings with customers of the event and service providers based in Montreal. so who is going to be invite me from Canada? them? It doesn't make sense to ask them to send me invitation letter.
What should I do?
Anyone got any idea?
