I am planning to apply for my PR in September/October 2019 and knowing that evaluation can take upto 4 months, will be applying for ECA by May 2019. I did my BA Hons English from south campus DU and LL.B from north campus and WES insists that the credentials need to be sent directly since the rules changed from 1st December 2018. There is a rule that South Campus will handover documents at south campus and north campus college s would receive from north campus so how do I send the documents directly? Also, anyone who knows DU would know that they are not reliable with such a responsibility. So should I myself forward the documents from the campus post office separately or should I collect both my credentials and send the unopened sealed envelope from North Campus?
