2. MSc in Physics in 2006 (1 year): 3.85 out of 4 (Equivalent Marks 77%)
3. BSc in Physics in 2005 (3 year): 3.39 out of 4 (Equivalent Marks 67.8%)
4. 12th –HSC: 59.1%
5. 10th –SSC: 70.3%

Dhaka University 80% = CGPA 4.0
BRAC University 90% = CGPA 4.0
American International University of Bangladesh 95% = CGPA 4.0

I read it carefully, I just mentioned that every university has different rules

Suppose BRAC University of Bangladesh:

100 -90 = 4.0
<90 - 85 = 3.7
<85 - 80 = 3.3
<80 - 75 = 3.0 (but same percentage = 2.8 in American International University of Bangladesh)
<75 - 70 = 2.7
<70 - 65 = 2.3
<65 - 60 = 2.0
<60 - 57 = 1.7
<57 - 55 = 1.3
<55 - 52 = 1.0
<52 - 50 = 0.7

Compare with AIUB

94 – 100 = 4.0
90 – 93.99 = 3.75
86 – 89.99 = 3.5
82 – 85.99 = 3.25
78 – 81.99 = 3.0
74 – 77.99 = 2.75
70 – 73.99 = 2.5
66 – 69.99 = 2.25
62 – 65.99 = 2.0
58 – 61.99 = 1.75
54 – 57.99 = 1.5

80% or above =Grade Point 4.00
75% to less than 80%=Grade Point 3.75
70% to less than 75% = Grade Point 3.5
..........................................

Then weighted average is done on the basis of credits for all the courses in a semester
and all the semester together Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the Final Result.
In CGPA for grade point 1=20 marks.
That is the calculation of equivalent marks from CGPA in our university.
It may differ from university to university.

Simple calculation
I understand GPA and percentage scale.
But do a simple mathematics calculation.

3.85 out of 4 comes above 90% But she mentioned it 77%
