Paid 1 sem tuition fee.
Bank loan of 20lakhs approved.
Sop done.
10lakhs money shown in dad's account.
Income certificate(10lakhs) of dad.
Offer letter from university.

i think you should take ielts exam again...it will be more good i you will get 6.5 or 7 bands...it will make your case more strong

You will get visa for sure. Don't worry about your ielts score because you have excellent academic profile. They don't reject sp for just one reason.
However, Ielts 6.5 bands are minimum for master program. I know, University told you, they don't need ielts because your previous study is in English. But CIC consider Ielts score to make decision.
