No, Quebec need french, so you cant apply there
-how long it will take(i know that no one can know but just i need an estimation)
The processing times for federal cases keeps on changing, but on an average these day consider it to be around 12- 18 months (for new applications)
-how much it will coast.
Application fee is CAD $ 550 (you) + CAD $550 ( your wife) & then later if your application is approved & proceed further $490 + $490 ( RPRF) and additionally the medical fee which you will pay to doctor for IME.
-how much deposit should we have.
Refer to below link for this detail http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

if you have any additional info that will helps please advise....

You should go through the CIC website to find out if you or your wife are eligible (enough points) to apply for PR (in case you dont have arranged employment.

Here is something to be aware of -- 6 years of study after grade 9 means that your wife's nursing degree might be evaluated like this:

- three years of high school
- three years of college

In Canada an RN has to have a 4-year bachelor degree, the Technical Nurse designation does not exist. The Licensed Practical Nurse does, but this is a very low qualification, with low pay: they do not even normally take vital signs, do not do charting, etc. You wife cannot automatically works as an LPN, because her degree is different, so she will have a possible-extensive period of study just to reach this level. That depends, though, on the province. It is possible that her education will be evaluated as not even including a high school graduation -- if she entered a specialized school after grade 9 -- and she will have to organize that. Someone who is more familiar with how CEC deals with specialized early education would have to tell you that.

But because RN has been taken off of the list of occupations, your wife could not be the primary applicant anyway. The initial success of your application depends on whether you qualify yourself with a bachelor in computer science.

Hello,

Below is my view; Note my knwledge is limited and please check with a senior member please

Option 1) Learn French - take a TEFaQ and apply for Quebec with your wife as the principal applcant
Option 2) Apply under FSW with your wife as the principal applcant
Option 3) Get a student visa for your; and your wife as your dependent - try to get her a job as she might be able to work full time - process your PR application once she gets a job.

Again, my know how is limited but I just shared my idea on this.

Hope this helps.

Possible option
Option 2) Apply under FSW with your wife as the principal applcant
Not Possible in your case, as no NOC in the allowed list at present
Option 3) Get a student visa for your; and your wife as your dependent - try to get her a job as she might be able to work full time - process your PR application once she gets a job.
As she is from medical profession, she need to clear certain examinations in canada before she can take a job in her profession
Again, my know how is limited but I just shared my idea on this.

Hope this helps.

She has to get 67 points, if she gets it then she will qualify. Go to cic website and click on federal skilled worker and take the assessment, it will tell you if she qualify or not.

Lots of colleges in Quebec - just start by searching in google.com, then check their programs I think an 8 month / 1 year course should cost CAD. 16K

I assume from your post that you are as desperate as me to move out of your country. Look at the jobs in demand for Quebec and FSW and select a course :) ; Anyway make sure you prepare a convincing SOP, during your application.

Hope this helps.
