I would like get some help, I am a canadian citizen, lived in London uk for the last 10years with my wife and my kids. to make a long story short my wife and I got married in ottawa june 2002. February 2000 I sponsored my wife. she got a landed paper from the ottawa immigration on her arrival February 2001. She was my fiancé at that time, but we got married June 2002 in Ottawa. October 2003 my wife moved here in london UK due her family circumstance. and March 2004 I decided to join with my wife here in london so we can support each other. since that time we have lived here in London UK. we have four children and they were all born here in london, and they are a canadian citizen.
I would like to ask you kindly my family and I planned to move back to ottawa this summer. I understand my children and I have a canadian passport.
but I need to know the status of my wife who had landed paper since 2001. I think she fulfilled the Canadian resident obligations, if I am not mistaken, because she accompanied with me in London UK. my wife is swedish citizen and she is not required visa to travel canada. before we buy the plane tickets I would to know if she is ok to go back to ottawa with her landed paper. She never apply PR card. all she has is her EU passport and canadian landed paper and national insurance card.
