ETA

One would think an ETA wouldn't take several months. I had 3 minor traffic violations all from 2002 and before. I've applied twice and provided the required paperwork. I have a valid Dutch passport and a valid green card. I live on Maui. I have money, work, own two condos here, and just want to visit family as I've done for 30 years. I was refused entry in 2017 and still have not been issued an ETA. I grew up in Canada and have a SIN and money there. What's the problem?

Why were you refused entry in 2017 and if you grew up in Canada were you a PR at that time ? Why not fly to the US mainland and cross the land border, then fly back to Maui from Canada do not need an ETA for that

I have a valid Dutch passport, a valid green card. I have 3 minor traffic violations between 1984 and 2002. I have family here, money, own property, and have visited family in Canada for the past 30 years. Why would I fly to Seattle, then drive across the border? Is that what you are suggesting?
