Hello,
I am planning to travel to Canada in December and stay for 2 weeks. I am from Vietnam but have migrated to Australia and just got my Australian citizenship recently, I will need to apply for eTA for my traveling.
My concern is whether my visa rejections in the past will cause any issue for granting the eTA. I had applied for a visa to visit Canada few times and got refused each time. The reason because I was married to a Canadian at the time, and I guess the reason was because I couldn't prove that would return to my country of resident after my visa expires.
Now, I am settled in Australia, have a good job, although I don't have any property yet.
Anyone has any experience or knowledge to share?
Thanks in advance.
