Hi friends, I got multiple US visit visa and I applied for Canadian visit visa via ETA and paid CAD7 , I was expecting that I will be approved in few minutes same as others I knew but after I applied, i received below as another procedure to get ETA approval and in this procedure I was advised to upload some docs including US NON Immigrant VIsa . I was not sure if I did the right procedure but i was refused to get ETA and said i was refused due to non compliance of submission of docs : PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS LETTER, which I do not understand what document is this. My account is IRCC and I was refused . Now I am planning to re-apply ETA using another account which is GCKEY , will it be ok ? Hope I can get quick advise. Thank you.
