eTA Form for Canada visitors

Hello
I will wish to discuss travel formalities. I visited Canada in May 2016. The travel agency asked me to make an online request for ETA canada and I went through the eta-canada-visa.com site that charged me € 44.90 for travel authorization. While walking on the internet I saw that the official price is $ 7!
Can you confirm this? Can I request a refund from the first website?

Yes - the ETA costs $7.

You went through a third-party provider to obtain your ETA rather than applying through the CIC directly. You can certainly try asking the third party provider for a refund - however I suspect you won't receive it.

None of us can help you with this in any way. You'll need to pursue this yourself.
