Hi,
we are traveling shortly after our wedding to Canada for our honeymoon from the UK
We already have our ETA’s approved and at the time of application we applied as cohabiting as that is a true representation of our marital status.
However when we travel we will be married, will this be an issue, I assumed not until I read on the Canadian gov website the following: ‘The system will check your identity against the information collected when your application was submitted’. I won’t have changed my name by this point and I will still be traveling on my maiden names passport.
thanks !
