Hello friends, my wife has received a student permit and I have received a work permit for her 2year diploma, which starts in may.
We have already visited Canada last year with an e.t.a.. flying via Atlanta, us.
This time though, we'll be flying from Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Toronto in April, but before landing as a student we wanted to spend a week in Paris, and our flight lands in Toronto, and departs the next day to Paris, only to return to Toronto one week after that.
So we have 48 hours stopover in Toronto, as tourists.
Should we enter as student in the first entry, since we'll be only spending one day in the city before departing the next day to France?
Maybe we should first enter as tourist with our Eta, and when we return from Paris to finally enter as student.
Does anybody have any advices over this?
